I think people will realize soon enough that there are many projects that will sell out to reach the top. They will possibly even pull out all the stops to fight legitimate projects like the one we are trying to start here. Or, if we are lucky, they will just continue to underestimate and ignore us.
I knew ripple would continue to gain precisely because of these unsavory individuals lining up to "advise" them, but just couldn't stomach owning any because it feels too much like hurting others for my own gain. We have to have long-term vision to see the dream of truly free markets through. And we need a healthy dose of these:

I can't decipher whats worse. The fact of the Ripple/BitStamp entanglement or the user comments that follow the article going back and forth about what's decentralized or not. LOL.
Some people will never "get it" I guess?!
