Title: Bter reopening BTS wallets

as you know bts has been stuck on bter and many people cant withdraw.

sent a ticket got a reply 8 hours later

anybody know how much bts  stuck there

Accoding to https://cryptofresh.com/u/btercom, it's about 13M.
