Title: Who is delegate fox?

I did not here about fox before. Does he have a proposal?

Not that I am aware of  .. since he is only 3% pay, I don't thing any shareholder would require a proposal

He's been around a long time and a somewhat frequent poster on the forum. I've chatted with him once or twice on Slack and he is a big supporter of Bitshares.

I have not yet created a delegate proposal. This would come once I have a proof of concept solution to share with the community.

Sortly, I intend to post to the Brownie thread with additional details of my contributions, so do be on the lookout for an update there.

Yes, I am strong advocate for the technical solutions developed within the BitShares ecosystem.
