Title: Shout Out to the Exchanges
Post by: bytemaster on October 15, 2015, 10:48:55 pm
I would like to thank all of the exchanges that have successfully managed the migration to BitShares 2.0 in record time!  Namely poloniex.com!

Could people please post updates in this thread of exchanges that have re-enabled deposit and withdraw?

If you want quicker adoption by exchanges, please consider adding authenticated HTTP access to your API

I asked him about this yesterday. He said he hasn't used it in awhile but he thought wss:// was implemented in the witness code.

OpenLedger uses a proxy to front several witnesses for load balancing. I tried to implement an nginx proxy to front a local server but as yet I haven't been successful. Need more info on the wss protocol, but haven't had the time to dig into that.

I posted another thread elsewhere on this topic.

Monsterer's post is certainly valid. This is just another example like so many other details that CNX has chosen not to address before launch, due to investor pressure.
