Title: Vote for "norge" as delegate

The delegate is up and running and the fee is set to 80%. The income will be used to fund the node and the profits will be used to manage and market the asset "NOK" which is backed by the Norwegian Krone.

Vote for delegate norge for further geographic spread of delegates.
