which should go a long way toward paying their present and future fines:

Ripple just got 28 mil and we can't even feed our core developers, what's wrong with this picture?
I vote for sell BM to Ripple and teach them how to hardfork and dilute:)

The delute all the time .. and no-one cares ..

Your task for the day: Take a look at the market cap (CMC) of ripple and find those jumps in supply ..

What is odd to me is that when they initially "diluted" by putting all the XRP funds from the Ripple "Foundation" onto CMC, their marketcap basically tripled (or maybe even more...it has been awhile so memory is a bit foggy).  Yet when they dilute now, it doesn't have the same effect.  So odd.

Regardless...Ripple is terrible and evil.  It really frustrates me to hear ABL from LTB mention BitShares together with Ripple like they are similar in ANY way (other than being technically superior to bitcoin in pretty much every way, of course).

They have a very clear aim. It is huge and urgent. And it seems their system and organisation is enough to realize it (though it is not decentralized).
Must to admit It is a fact. (though I still have some day-dreaming about Bitshares).

Centralization advantage is that it is "easier" at the moment since the world is set up for it. I know where to invest, who to hire, who is accountable, and who to fine.

Decentralization requires a lot more innovation, and is pretty much untapped, since you have to engineer in accountability (including regulatory accountability) and financial incentives which currently don't exist.

If I3 took over bitshares and "owned" it from the start, it might have been easier but with a lower ceiling.
