Would someone kindly update me on the status of trading bots on the DEX?

I'm looking for something like the Quatloo bot for Bittrex:

Has someone made a bot like this for the DEX, and if not, how to we get one made?

You can write your own bot using this library: http://python-graphenelib.readthedocs.io/en/develop/exchange.html (does not require cli-wallet)
or you work yourself into stakemachine: https://github.com/xeroc/stakemachine
