Title: Want to be able to deal with the resulting value given by way of dividend BTS

Recently because of problems with short mechanism BTS system, resulting BTS ecosystems, loss of balance, loss of popularity, hoping BTS value resulting from transactions within the disk, the user gives the holder of the BTS by way of dividend.
最近因为BTS系统的做空机制出现问题，造成BTS生态系统失去平衡，人气流失，希望能用BTS内盘交易所产生的价值，通过分红的方式赋予持有的BTS的用户.
