On our web site "BitShares French ConneXion" we have an new user trying to install the client 0.9.1 on windows 8 and having this message : Critical Error An error occurred while trying to start
He tried to reinstall but the same thing happen.
Any idea what he could try to resolve the problem ?

J'ai installé le client de bitshares, mais lorsque j'essaie de l'ouvrir j'ai un message d'erreur qui dit : "Critical Error An error occurred while trying to start. Please try restarting the application."
J'ai déjà tenter de réinstaller, donc si quelqu'un a une idée pour m'aider, elle est la bienvenue.

It's can be connected to this bug: https://github.com/BitShares/bitshares/issues/791
It's happened if you have Windows user name in local language :'(

Indeed, that was even faster that any kind of centralised company customer service. BitShares community ROCKS !!!
We are helping him with the info from github.
He use the online wallet for the moment so there is no hurry. I'll post here the solution that worked for him if we find it ;p
