This outlines the basics of a user's role in their plan.  This is apparently the model that is considered best among the alternatives.  Hopefully it will offer us an ability to see where we have solutions and where some need to be invented/constructed before role-out.

I know some people who use this for health insurance, and they love it. Good call, fuznuts.

That is very good. I'm ready for Sinners DAC. I wonder what the membership qualifications should be?
