Title: Linux Bitshare Client?

I only see the Windows and the Mac clients. Is there a Linux version download link?

Just download the source and follow instructions from BUILD_UBUNTU.md. If your distro is not Ubuntu, it should be all the same except for using an appropriate package installer instead of apt-get.

Not quite. I have packages for Fedora + openSUSE: http://software.opensuse.org/download.html?project=home%3Ap_conrad%3Abts&package=BitSharesX

Compiling isn't that hard imho.

Can you check if your binary works as expected.
Many linux users experience problems described in link below.
Cause of the problems have not been identified, yet.
