Title: 钱包不能更新的特二解决办法

1.注册一个代表。
2.开启代表出块权限 wallet_delegate_set_block_production 代表名 true。
更新速度杠杆的

你这么做 就是让钱包不扫描链块了 只是下载 所以变快了
如果有交易 就不能正常显示
