For the sake of devils advocate - who is going to want to use a faucet which forces you to give away personal details? I wouldn't even dream of giving my phone number to a bitcoin faucet.
What is the reasoning behind that requirement?
I'd say taht this thread can be closed and the faucet from keyID can be used instead ... (if s.o. is willing to set one up)
then you can get some BTSX by logging in via google/twitter ..
once you have the BTSX on the network the only personal detail the faucet will have is that you are part of the network .. and hopefully (sometime) that will not be worth anything as everyone else is part of the network too
