I'd buy the 400 PTS @ .0025 (1 BTC total). I've traded successfully here in the past.

I bought 315 PTS from Vzierx @ 0.003 BTC each (0.945 BTC) total, with escrow by Lighthouse.  The 315 PTS is now in my wallet.

I heartily recommend Vzierx as a PTS seller and Lighthouse as an escrow agent.
