Lets keep it coming... now that Gliss (CoinMarketCap) feels comfortable listing assets, seems like a new section along with others, this is going to help drive more awareness for bitsharesx, as we are still early on in the assets listing page.

+5% I guess BitAssets are quite different to user issued assets, the best part being BitAssets directly add to BTSX CAP.
Looking forward to BitGold & BitSilver :)

thx AJ for sharing this .. and i'll get in touch to you asap :) as we talked before

It will be interesting to see the volume on these pick up and see if the market peg holds. If it does then it should be self-sustaining as others see their stability and buy in.

:)
Anytime cass!
The thing that sets us apart is the community working together. We can achieve a lot when this takes effect.
But yeah can't wait to see how the market reacts to this.. I think its just the beginning of a whole new future of assets and pegged assets at that.

Hi,
Is there any way to view the chart of bitUSD but priced in USD instead of in bitcoins? I cant tell from this chart how well it has maintained the peg.
Thanks!

It looks like Coinomat is tanking due to there being decentralized solutions that achieve the goal pretty well (BTSX) and possibly on the news of another decentralized solution.. Nubits.

Maybe Coinomat is tanking because people think it's a coin-operated washing machine.

Yes, but the trading volume of bitusd on bter is very small, and there are huge spikes on the chart, such as up to $1.50 and down to .70. I was hoping to see something representing higher volume, and see how closely it held.

I don't think anything like that exists yet, but it is definitely needed. People are using the BTER price as an argument that the market peg is not tracking accurately in some of my debates. Obviously all of the market depth and liquidity is on the decentralized exchange, so we really need something like this to easily track how well the peg is working. I would venture to say it is tracking much better than if you were to only look at the BTER chart and form your opinion.

Exactly. BTSX is traded a lot on bter, and every time the bitUSD price spikes one way or the other due to lack of liquidity there, everyone thinks that the peg has failed and starts dumping BTSX.
We really need a solid chart of the price, in USD, representing the highest volume trading that is occurring.
