Wich pool is best for mining now? And may i try solo with my 4770k & 4.5Ghz now, do I have any chanse to get whole block?

Our pool pays for slightly staled share. But due to a bug in our code, which checks the submitted share for stale, prior to validate the share itself. This morning someone submitted a slightly staled solution with nBits field modified. (http://pastebin.com/iEMf3EbM) The user was be able to claim everything we generated in the four-hour period. The bug had been fixed and we have made another payment to our users.
