There's a version formatted for print (11x17") here: http://www.backgroundstories.com/portfolio-item/bitshares/
(right column: under downloads)

The infographics (in various formats) were uploaded in the general nullstreet forum. I think Cass has also placed them online, and he has the .ai files.

The original .pdf set is also found as downloads here: http://www.backgroundstories.com/portfolio-item/bitshares/
(see icons under the BitShares description)

It appears I can't attach to this forum. ping me with an email if you'd like the .ai files.

Thanks for the compliments :) Glad to hear you like my work. I've really been enjoying learning about BitShares and putting these together - as well as working with the BitShares community. I hope they help a non-expert audience learn more about the awesomeness of BitShares. Please do share the infographics widely!

I do accept donations and am happy to do more visual-explanation infographics as funding becomes available. I'm abc123s
Many thanks!

Technical Support / Re: Adobe plugin conflict?
« on: May 11, 2015, 02:47:32 pm »
Thanks for your help! Renaming AdobeAAMDetect.plugin to AdobeAAMDetect.backup.plugin seems to have addressed the issue with Adobe; while still allowing me to use the Adobe plugin as usual.

Technical Support / Adobe plugin conflict?
« on: May 07, 2015, 10:51:56 am »
I'm running into a conflict between an Adobe plugin and the  .9 wallet.

(when I follow these instructions, I've still not been able to get my wallet working...but that's for another post).

Here's the warning I get:
BitShares has detected the Adobe Application Manager plug-in is installed on this computer at /Library/Internet Plug-Ins/AdobeAAMDetect.plugin. This plug-in crashes when loaded into BitShares. Please remove this plug-in and restart BitShares.

This plug-in is essential for my daily work. Does anyone know a work-around?

Technical Support / unable to access account
« on: April 13, 2015, 03:28:04 pm »

I’m a newbie, so my apologies for the non-tech description:
I’m on Mac OS X 10.9.5
I’ve updated to 8.0. When I enter my password, the wallet takes ages (hours) to open (if it does at all). The entire time my computer seems to be putting a lot of effort into it. I’ve tried restart multiple times - this does not seem to affect the problem.

A couple times (after 2 hours or so), the wallet did open, but  listed ‘no connection’ and was not able to sync blocks.

I tried 'Accounts -> Go to My Accounts'; I entered my password, but nothing shows up in my wallet (it’s empty of all data and my own account details. Text reads: 'There are no transactions!').

I imported from my backup .json and now I see an entirely blank screen in the application.
Am I doing something wrong?
What should I try next?

Thanks in advance for your help!
