鉴于黑3I之风日盛
为避免不明真相群众引起误会
我觉得有必要约定如下：
一、 要黑只能内部黑，场所仅限于：3I的BTS中文论坛（此处）、AGS群、时代群、梦里 :P :P :P
对内可空可多，力求拉砸结合，以忽悠掉别人的筹码为目的，寻找到高位接盘侠为宗旨，大力发展PTS忽悠产业，力争PTS产业的年GDP递增速度达到500%以上，AGS的竞投兑换比例达到1:20以上
二、 禁止发表黑观点的场所包括：微博、综合性论坛、其他QQ群、个人签名等可被外人看见的任何地方
严禁黑的形式包含但不限于打字黑、说话黑、唱歌黑，写诗黑、发帖黑、以及阴阳怪气酸溜溜的讽刺、自黑、自残、说不玩了BM给我退钱 等等形式
以上行为严重损害广大3I及BTS粉丝的整体经济利益，违反粉丝的三大纪律八项要注意，尤其会对我们下一步发展接盘侠等洗脑事业产生不良的社会影响，导致接盘侠怀孕/生育率大幅降低，BTS社区提前迈入老龄化
望广大人民群众思前想后，坐立不安，自告奋勇，上气不接下气的贯彻好本倡议书精神
牢牢把握住BTS发展的时代脉搏，努力完成好对内忽悠对外点头哈腰迎接接盘侠的艰巨任务

Ok, Google translate has let me down here. I recognize all the English words it produces but, like I think you said, it might as well be 500-year old Shakespearean words.
For example: "black form is prohibited including but not limited typing Black, talk black, singing black, black poetry, post black, "
Lets start with this:
Chinese seem to use colors a lot, but google doesn't translate the meaning. What comes across in English connotations are:
black = evil, sneaky
white = pure, innocent
yellow = caution, trouble
What do they mean to you?
