Third party should still honor the final snapshot for PTS&AGS at least 10% each?
just like  Licensing fees  for  bitshares toolkit,right?

AGS and PTS will be dead after the proposed merger.  In future third parties will honor BTS(x).  I don't believe the rate has been established yet.

why?  where is  the source?
 if  it's true  ,AGS before 2.28 Benefit most  than  anything else。
