I know its bugging me for days what this may be. I hope its accepting bitUSD, but probs way too early for that

I literally can not visit a site and not be presented with one of those...

As I mentioned above, it's called retargeting (https://www.adroll.com/retargeting). Clear your cookies to be rid of it.

You can mark a specific add and it will not be shown to you anymore.
Click the little blue arrow in the corner. There are a lot of options you can set.
Also you can see some of the information Google has on you.
