I read somewhere that NxT has many developers working on it and still recruiting , it's an advantage of Nxt over BTSX > so actually, I wonder how many developers are working on our project and are we still recruiting ? And BM is team lead ?

Quality over quantity. More is better, but the impression I've gotten is that they'd rather have some good ones they don't have to (take the time to) train. The ones they have are very good.

in contract, I have the question after watching the video :) I just want to know the exact number

Agreed, depend on the scope of the project , about 10 strong developers and 1 strong architect are good
