Title: ASCAP fees via DAC?

I was wondering if there'd be a way to pay ASCAP fees via BTSX. Maybe something someone could develop.

As a music publisher I cant see them being into that at all, you also have to remember PRS and other societies have agreements between themselves for the payment to Artists then to pay all those involved with the published work.

I can see a way that the tech can be used as an identify of ownership of a proof of work but modern MP3 codacs already place encoded information into music so that no matter where its played the the copyright is identified. it would not be too difficult to now place a key string or wallet address as well into music.
