in forecasting future ... to be entitled to 10% distibution on future DAC,

Same, AGS=PTS but not liquid, it's can be changed if some dev's for new DAC will decide to honor PTS or AGS more, for example 40% PTS/60% AGS.

ok i understand... for now AGS = PTS = 10% that's right?

actually you can now only buy PTS because the donation window for AGS is CLOSED!

Right, by social consensus AGS min 10%, PTS min 10%, rest 80% decided by DAC devs.
