Title: Share buy back or dilution?
Post by: mike623317 on December 22, 2014, 04:01:36 am
I just wondered if there has ever been any talk regarding the number of Bitshares in existence and if bytemaster has ever spoken about/envisages circumstances where there could be a dilution or share buy back of the number of shares in existence.

If bitshare dilution repped inflation of our econonmy and
dac mergers and new features represented something like gdp would you be asking the same question.
Its open ended for now.. there is high potential

buyback would only possible with fees are burned. So maybe in the future if the delegates need less money to operate, then we collect in fees and burn.

Bitshares has around 3.5 billion maximum shares. Every block created by a non-100% delegate burns some amount of these shares, so its like a constant stock buyback.
