One would think we will see lend/borrow capabilities first. And they are serious task in in themselves.

If the user has enough BTSX for collateral then why not? But if they don't have collateral then there is an opportunity for them to not pay back the loan.

Lending isn't really hard but at the current market caps how are you supposed to do Forex level margin trading? You can't.  When you create BitAssets there is already lending happening.
