Title: Missing BTSX sent to wrong adress via BTER
Post by: puma1888 on August 25, 2014, 12:03:54 pm
I have tried to exchange my btc into BTSX and when I withdraw my fund they send it to a different adresses than i ask it's been more than 3 hours and my account still say 0 BTSX...

this is the adress they sent the BTSX with the tx id.

BTSXAFE2748A2E70647CB992206466D8-43EE5C6CC6EE50E0579C23C6ED43EA7A

but my original adress that I put in for withdraw was this one.

BTSX74ZBYrsP2mR8QjB59LRv5r6ZgFHiodMSjvDwwRTZBjmBN1TSLw

how come I didn't get my BTSX yet ? also it's about 2000 BTSx missing... i freak out.

with TITAN .. every transactions gets it's own receive address ... addresses are not reused that way.

this is the adress they sent the BTSX with the tx id.

How come there is a dash "-" in the middle?
Where did you get that receive address?

You put your address into the field that says "put your account name here" .. and right of it it says "only registered accounts" !?! I get that about right?

so basically someone receive my BTSX or they are lost forever because I mistake put The receive account must be registered on the blockchain. Memo can be entered after the address separated by a space, format: Registered_account Memo

instead i put my wallet adress... is there any way to revert the transaction ?

thanks

Bter does not use the BTSX address to make transfers, you need to use your registered BTSX name.

Your transfer of BTSX is probably canceled or pending, In either case you still have the BTSX in your Bter account, check your withdrawl status
