I have no problems using bter, they are the only credible exchange that has adopted MMC early.

I don't point my mining address to it anymore. I send it to my actual wallet.

same here, Bter is the best exchange we have in my opinion.

Bter is my first exchange web for altcoins. I still use it without any problems. There are many altcoins exchanged on Bter including MMC.
For Chinese,  Bter help them exchanging altcoin with CNY.
Sometime,  withdraw slowly from Bter, but exchanging inside Bter works well

Bter is the only exchange that has given me good results for trading MMC, even if Cryptsy does add MMC in the future I will stick with Bter...

No problems with bter...though didn't read artilce in detail...

But I do have a huuuge problem with MMC/BTC, MMC/CNY, and BTC/CNY all traded on - essentially - one exchange w/ 3 markets in a feedback-arbitrage loop.  95% is robo-trading 2014...MMC used as a pump/hedge.  You have 3 systems of decreasing volume...

Uncertainty / volatility / risk / movement/ action - MMC/CNY BID is most "cost-basis" certain. MMC/CNY ASK is most "Loss / risk-averse" certain.

MMC/BTC is simply a mirror of MMC/CNY based on BTC/CNY with some spread uncertainty - can use as a "time hedge" for btc movement...

But, the uncertainty "rachets" MMC down...not as pronounced in some coins...but MMC has a large "CNY vs. BTC" volume / market share

ROBO-TRADER:

BTC DOWN - Flee!!! Hit MMC/CNY bid walls...but MMC/BTC down...drags MMC/CNY down a bit more...settles...

BTC UP - Recover!!! MMC/CNY hit ask walls.  Rising BTC lowers MMC/BTC ratio...puts pressure on MMC/CNY even though MMC/CNY rising...but not enough as BTC...settles lower or not up as much.
