Title: Need latest vote stats

Please may someone build memorycoin from the latest source and add this to your memorycoin.conf -debugvote=1 -reindex=1  it will give you the stats in your debug folder.

The new compiled windows client provides this information - just use the startup options, -debugvote=1 -reindex=1

It would be useful if someone could run this on a server and make the 'GrantAwards' folder public on the web - then we'd have an easy way to make election results available immediately.

I will be making that over the next week, probably as a basic web page.

I would do that now, currently away from home so only connecting to my PC via teamviewer
