Title: Translation "Note: Account names cannot be transferred."

I am currently working on some Chinese translation for web wallet.  I don't quite understand this note:

"Note: Account names cannot be transferred."
This note is shown under account name field when you are creating a new account. 

Any one knows what this note really means?

You have accounts with names in your wallet, you want to give me a account....you can't do that.

Example: I want the registered name boombastic.
               You have already registered it.
               I ask you to give me (transfer) the account so i can use it.

                You can't do that

Thanks, very clear.  Non-transferable might be easier to understand.

You have accounts with names in your wallet, you want to give me a account....you can't do that.

At least not securely. You could sell him the private key under some sort of contract of sale however the buyer would have no way of knowing if the seller really "destroyed" their copies of the primary key.

I could see it a leasing business.
