Brief history of me, so you can form your questions:

Carrier wise, I spent around 10 years as a professional games developer, most of that time spent working for Sony Computer Entertainment. I'm now running a small company, Wildunny Ltd where I contract out my services and run a blog (check my sig).

Got into bitcoin when it was £10 / BTC, and foolishly only bought 3 BTC just to test out my bitcoin trading algorithms(!)

Right now I'm working on a an open source gateway to allow anyone to set up a system where they can have their customers send bitcoins to an address and receive bitAssets directly (and the reverse). This is part of the project MetaExchange which I am working on with Shentist and being funded as one of the first 100% pay delegates.

Ohhhhh damn.  Did you see the guide linked in the original "Mumble Server Up!" Post?  Following that pretty much cuts setup to 5 min (or less).
