Title: Delegate Pay - Press Release?

The idea of a self sustained community is huge. With the option for 100% delegate pay, is marketing creating anything to kick out to the crypto community over the next few days to get people talking about it? Great opportunity to attract new talent.

I think we should wait at least a week to test out how the paid delegates function. It will be very interesting to see the voting patterns.

Yes, this is the reason the next release is 0.4.24 and not 0.5.0--we still need a stabilization period after all these big changes.
