Title: Step by step forum updates happening

Hello all,

After the recent forum software update we are going to update the look and feel of the forum slightly step by step as to not disturb the usage patterns of anybody using the forum. The forum software will remain SMF.

We will start with simple CSS changes and will work our way up to functionality changes.

We are informing you so you know that everything is fine with your browser and machine.

Get rid of the PTS subforum while you're at it. It no longer is related to Bitshares.

A service announcements section may be of value.

It would allow exchanges, gateway's and many others to have a their own section to showcase their service.
