Title: where is the DPOS whitepaper?

but the link seems to be broken. was it removed for being inaccurate or did it get replaced or something?

im google searching and forum searching and i cant find a working link

looking at the posts referred to in clout's outline on the google drive its clear that I really need to read this whitepaper to get an understanding of what's going on there.
