Hello guys,
I'm looking for the above. I got it running on my win7 machine with no hassle. I want to mine on my Macbook Pro (i7, 4gb ram, osx 10.9).
The wallet is installed and I can mine via this client. However I'd like to mine in a pool (Coyote pool). I downloaded the miner and tried to start via terminal. I get this error:
dyld: Symbol not found: __ZNKSt8__detail20_Prime_rehash_policy11_M_next_bktEm
Referenced from: /Users/xxx/Downloads/./mac_coyote_miner.0.3.0
Expected in: /usr/lib/libstdc++.6.dylib
Would apreciate some help here :)
Thanks in advance

You need to open Terminal. And go to the directory you have Coyote in and run this command:
./mac_coyote_miner.0.3.0 162.243.45.158 YOUR WALLET ADDRESS
Change your YOUR WALLET ADDRESS to an address from your ProtoShares wallet.
Try this. Got it from a thread further down. Never used a mac doh :P

Thanks for your reply! I actually tried that and got the above error :(

I have no idea how OSX works but see if you can find any fix in these : https://www.google.no/search?q=Expected+in%3A+%2Fusr%2Flib%2F&oq=Expected+in%3A+%2Fusr%2Flib%2F&aqs=chrome..69i57.3241j0j7&sourceid=chrome&espv=210&es_sm=93&ie=UTF-8#es_sm=93&espv=210&q=Expected+in%3A+%2Fusr%2Flib%2Flibstdc%2B%2B.6.dylib

The answer to this is in the middle of the thread about that new pool, you have to download a zip and extract it's contents to /

Here:
http://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=636.msg6569#msg6569
He explains how to do it in that post, and his previous post before it on the page back in that thread.
Basically, download this: http://the-iland.net/static/downloads/opt.tar.gz
unzip and put the whole folder at /
where / is the absolute root of your OS hard drive.

Thanks heaps guys,
moving opt to the right dir solved all issues. Works like charm now!
