Title: 500,000 BTS to create a User Issued Asset?

While attempting to use the .62 client running on a 6 gig windows 8 machine, to create a new user issued  asset, at first it was telling me the fee was 500 bts, but the assets were not being created.
Later attempts and the fee went up to 500,000, even after closing and restarting the client.

Any ideas? Thanks.

6+ char assets are currently 500 BTS.

Note, I had to use the konsole to create and issue.

Tried again today to create an asset without the console and was successful.
