BTSX client sends btsx + MEMO message written on the delegate name(The front 19 characters),sent to the account "btsx-me"can participate in the quiz (the trading block +101 block delegate), the winner will have 90 times the reward guess.
In the 101 block can check whether the winning, the client can display, winner can get 90 times the bonuses, lose also can receive system to send 0.01btsx.
For example:
FROM TO MEMO QUANTITY FEE BLOCK
Quiz btsx-me cny.bts500 1BTSX 0.1BTSX Block#441060
Quiz is the 441060+101=441161 block delegate, because the 441161 block produce by cny.bts500, then the system will automatically send you 90btsx!

Its not an application as far as Im concern. Bitshare X is the application . A bank and exchange to be specific . Quiz??? an application??? nah. Claiming to be the first application ??? Isn't bank and exchange are the first and running applications for Bitshare X.

The idea is great. Could be expanded so many ways. Getting BTSX for promoting links but harder to stop scamming.

As far as whether it is an application or not, it is an app by my definition. It is a server based application. Any code with an output is an application by my definition.

Sorry for my poor English not to let you understand, is actually a lottery, gambling, but in China because of legal issues we didn't love so openly said that the gambling game.

transfer BTSX to ID:btsx-me ,
MEMO （delegate name which you bet）
bet This Transaction block+101block delegate
if your MEMO = after 101block delegate
You will get 90 times the return on investment!

I'll try to clarify for him since I like this idea and his English appears to not be very good.
So the game has about 10% house rake.
1) You bet by transferring btsx to btsx-me
2) In the memo field, you choose the name of the block's delegate you expect to be 101 blocks after the block containing the transaction from #1.
3) 101 blocks later, or 1 DPOS round, or 101 * 10 seconds later, then the outcome will be decided. If you guessed the right delegate, you are paid.
So the game uses the randomness of the delegate ordering each round to determine a winner. If the block with your transaction is block #50, then if the delegate who creates block #151 was same in your memo, quiz sends you back 90 x your wager.
So it is a quiz because you guess who the delegate will be 101 blocks from now.
I would suggest quiz that you list a maximum accepted bet.
