No one knows ... VOTE will probably take a little longer to be developed ...

A vote proto-DAC (no features but let you trade) will arrive at the same time that PTS DAC will come - whenever any of us have time to disable lots of features and rebrand the DAC.

Could you elaborate on that. What is it about and where is that described.

What I was wondereing is#
 - They do have a separated forum (discussable)
 - they do not accept ANY crypto currency for donations just paypal (imho a no-go)

Agree, in crypto world they should accept at least BTC, separate forum discussable but IMHO separate section at bitsharestalk.org will be better.

At least in short-term .. once the DAC grows alot they might need an own forum .. but in the beginning (at least form me) it would be much easier ..
following multiple threads is difficult already .. following multiple forums is hard
