Why can't I find Bitshares LOGO on bitshares.org ?
Is that LOGO abandoned?

No... we have not abandoned it... it is being worked in.

I'll make sure we have a downloadable logo on our site once we complete our updates in the next couple weeks.  About to update all pages on the site. B
