anyway, regardless of being secret or not, wish you good luck in this project. I'm not a WP guru but can help you with beta testing stuff.

I'll probably be needing to learn basic wordpress in the next few weeks for a personal site.

I'm far from a guru, but what are you looking for?  I could probably do basic maintenance.  I also have a friend who may be more advanced depending on what you need.

It's even easier than WordPress. Monstra does not use MySQL and only requires the rewrite module + PHP.

I've used it to make some sick websites in the past.

It's really only about the design - the cms used shouldn't matter for that.
Moving all the content (+translations) to another cms would be an unnecessary huge amount of work imo.

if its design you just nedd someone to create css and cut the design to stylesheet aadn html code

The needs have changed:

The work will be in 2 stages:
1st stage is to do a bit of redesign.
2nd stage is admining our website as a paid role.
