100% delegate position is very precious

以前大家都义务劳动，甚至倒贴钱，各尽所能，每天汇报工作
现在都是100%受托人，一边拿着高回报，一边抱怨着薪水低，一个月也看不到影子
再这么下去，只会让越来越多的人失望，让越来越多人离开
希望所有股东认真对待，严格把关，控制好100%受托人的质量和数量，试用期结束不合格的就开掉。
希望BM站出来，不要在BTS尚不成熟时搞什么去中心化开发，社区必须团结起来，必须有明确的规划，
只有这样我们才能突破投机者的操纵，让BTS的价值真正发挥出来
BITUSD锚定这么久了BTS才7分钱，你还在想搞什么新功能？还有什么功能比锚定更牛逼？
抓紧把客户端做的好用，发展用户群才是真正需要的，你还没想明白吗？

没有一个轻钱包和移动版钱包，类似于DACx的项目没办法普及，甚至都没办法推广啊

我也认同你的观点。我将你的话大概翻译了下，让英语区的人可以明白。希望这个观点得到重视。我英语一般般，翻译不好见谅。I basically agree with alt and I translate what alt said:

Formerly we have no income and even have to spend our own money. But we still do our best to work, cooperate and report the process.Now we are all 100% delegates sharing good payment, but complaining about low salary. And there is little process information from you. If this goes on, more and more people will get disappoint, and leave away.
I hope every share holder think twice on 100% delegates and vote those delegates which do not make the equal contributions out.
I hope BM can lead to unite the community, and make a clear planning, not to focus on the decentralized dev when bts is not mature.
Only in that way, we can get rid of control of speculation, and value of bts will embody.
It is just 0.07 CNY after BitUSD pegging on USD so long time. you are thinking of innovation and new function? What function is even better than pegging?
To make the wallet better and usable ASAP to let people in and win more users, is the most important thing. haven't you see it yet?
