Title: New 100% delegate?

Who is 100% dev.nathanhourt.com in 147th place with 1.48% vote?

I can't remember seeing this delegate before. Does he have a proposal somewhere?

By the nature of how BitShares works, Nathan Hourt also controls the "dev.nathanhourt.com"

And as riverhead already mentioned Nathan Hourt is a core dev.

I'm not sure why Nathan didn't just submit an official proposal already...

Because he is too busying working on a light client.

I don't think it would be that difficult of a proposal to write to get the community to accept him. And he has to start getting paid by the DAC at some point. Hell, I've already voted for him.

Also, same goes to Vikram. He hasn't even registered a 100% paid delegate yet.

So it was Nathan that snagged the 'com' username. Unfair :P
