The wallet i downloaded was (0.2.0). You say that I need to sync my wallet, and download all of the blocks before I do anything, but how do I do that??

I've never mined anything before, but followed the directions on PTS website for mining. When I downloaded the wallet it showed up, but says "not synced" with no other options. What does that mean or what do I need to do?
