There was always a preview of recent posts at the bottom of the forum main page. Has that been removed permanently? :(

Thanks for the feedback guys. We have been changing parts of the forum step by step as to not chock the community. We have been removing all stuff that no or very few people have used. Seems like this might have been a poweruser feature which we did not consider. We'll get it back asap.

Please do something with forum fonts - it's toooo small.
PS: Easy way - restore it how it's was.

font size increased a bit! what do you think now?
I wouldn't recommend to increase it more!
IMO readabilty is good like it is now.…

I also miss it and started a thread about the missing "recent posts" a long time ago. To click on recent posts and then scroll through is not the same like reading the recent topics at the end of the page.

It is ridiculous.. there must be a limited number of people who can action this. If https://litecointalk.org/ can do it, why can't we. Not having recent posts, just frustrates good communication.

Sorry guys, this is our fault. We've been removing as much unnecessary stuff as possible from the forum. It has already helped in speeding up the forum, taking strain of the server, and on-site activity per user-session has gone up too.
However, this was, as it turns out, one thing the frequent users use a lot. Something that simply doesn't show up in a Google Analytics sheet.
We're looking to add this mod instead http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=512057.0 asap.
