I see more and more people using @username mentions.
Would it be posible to add this or a similar plugin to make this function available?

@taulant: pls gimme access to FTP ... i can update icons etc on my own then! This way it consumes to much time to get updated IMO :) just my 2 cents!

@bitsapphire: it would be really great to get some feedback about! I've offered my help on this several times.. also asked for at least ftp access to a few folders, so i could maintain things like forum icons etc.
This plugin would save most of us so much time, we could use for focus on more important things...

I'm the one that reorganized the subforums. It was very clear that nobody was maintaining things.
If Bitsapphire doesn't have the resources to maintain the forum perhaps someone else should take over.

i tried to mention myself but i dont see anything.

you have to use the code and user id... that's complicated

nope just @fav works liek a charm .. no need to add member etc your own... but it doesn't work when you fast edit a post .. you have to use the normal edit way

what browser you'Re using @fav ? maybe some plugins who avoid to use it (javascript is blocked?)

I guess the plugin is the problem rather than the browser. it's not compatible

ok so we're using 2.0.9 and on the plugin site it shows Compatible With: 2.0.7
will ping author directly about! I've also found a premium mention plugin from this author .. costs 20$ maybe this would sense this could work in all browsers

I do, and (unrelated) I got a notification in the Profile header when you @karnal'd me.
It's weird though the way it works, in some of the above posts I can see the blue link, but when I posted it myself, nothing.

I got two notifications under my Profile link at the top so that's working.
Why does web browser matter -- are you supposed to also get live notifications while browsing?
