Title: application for delegate

i don't know what happend on the system,looks like the price had crash down,i heard that 30 delegate come from same IP,what if i rise a application for delegate? i'm the owner of assets "bearssuit", i'm a programmer and robot designer.would you give me some advice?

you heard wrong , that's just some FUD spreader saying that .
Don't trust anything you see on BTC38's commentary zone , it's out of control there .

well,it's hard to prove if it's a rumor,i suggest exit from btc38,and my application for delegate is not a joke,pls give some advice, thx

my project is substance intelligence but not pure virtual,bts for me is just a tool to share and trade the stock,how can i bind the value of my project and bts system,is still unclear,so my question is also that.
