fyi,
BitShares exchange active markets list is now on coinmarketcap.com

The volume is underwhelming.
I don't understand why people are willing to trade entire 100K BTC/day of BTSX/BTC on BTER, yet, only 2 BTC of BitBTC/BTSX on Bitshares.
These charts will be very useful in tracking how well the peg holds.

Who can prove BTER volume is real ?

Who can prove BTER volume is real ?
Who can prove you are real? You can download the transactions. I think on the list of things that are questionable this one is pretty low.
Are you suggesting BTER is fabricating volume?

You can download BTSX transaction eg blockchain. However the volume on BTER is not easily verifiable.
I'm not suggesting BTER is fabricating volume. I state that it is difficult to prove they are not.

The volumes really dropped off a cliff over the weekend, maybe due to the changes in short mechanics and a client update. Until then volumes had been quite healthy, when I first added the info to my site I think the daily volume for USD was over 50k$.

The volume of bitassets when compared to their market cap is on par with BTSX and BTC.
