EDIT: These are the last few PTS blocks, each of them included 0 transactions (1 is the reward for the miner).
yeah.. what is up with that? I'm trying to send out PTS but - there has been no single confirmation after an hour
I noticed this too a short while ago, after checking the explorer, as I have been waiting 23 hours and still 0 conf.
So how are people supposed to get out of an exchange before the deadline?!?
One of the mining pools isn't including transactions. This happened once before, need to just wait for someone else to find a block.

Yes, and as we investigate before it's non public pool - we can't contact him.
Update: Last two blocks include tx (81363: 32 tx, 81364: 18 tx)

It seems that the ppl including trx care about trx size/per PTS fee.
