Title: More Questions in Regards to Delegates
Post by: VoR0220 on December 10, 2014, 04:06:40 AM
I've been reading the wiki for some time now. I can't gather if delegates compete or not. If they do compete, what parameters do they compete on? Any enlightening is appreciated.
