Title: Bter TX

Hi there l have just tried to transfer BTS from Bter but it has been over two hrs l have not received yet,l m using Bitshares,v0.4.24 ( Failure during transaction scanning)
l don t know what my next step should be any help would be appreciated.

Try downloading the latest client would be my suggestion.
