How long does it take to appear in GUI?
Should be 10sec .. if your transaction was confirmed ... do you see you regustration request in your transaction history?

I can see your ONEGWAY on the blockchain .. not sure why the GUI does not show it for you ..
you can run "blockchain_get_asset ONEGWAY" in the console to get this output:
